1) Scope
This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal data when you interact with our RCS messages (cards, carousels, suggested replies/actions) and related support channels. It applies in addition to our website/app privacy notices.
2) What We Collect
Identifiers: mobile number/MSISDN, device identifiers, RCS client/app ID.
Message Data: content you send to us; our messages to you; buttons tapped; replies.
Delivery/Interaction Metadata: timestamps, delivery/read receipts, link clicks, session logs, error codes.
Technical Data: device/OS, app version, IP, network/carrier details.
Account/Service Data (if you’re a customer/member): account references (e.g., ticket/booking IDs), transaction references, support history.
Payment Interaction (if links are shared): confirmation that a payment link was clicked/completed; we do not collect card numbers, UPI PINs, or CVV.
3) How We Use Your Data
Provide the Service: deliver RCS messages, OTPs, alerts, reminders, support.
Operate & Improve: analytics, quality checks, troubleshooting, optimization.
Security & Abuse Control: fraud detection, spam prevention, rate-limiting.
Compliance: telecom/legal obligations and lawful requests.
Marketing (only with consent): offers, recommendations, surveys; you can withdraw consent anytime (see §7).
4) Legal Bases
Processing is under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), based on consent, performance of service/contract, and legitimate uses (e.g., fraud prevention, network security, statutory compliance).
5) Consent: Opt-In/Out
Opt-in: tapping “Agree/Join/Yes” in our RCS flow, checking a consent box on web/app, or otherwise giving explicit consent.

6) TRAI/DND
We honour DND/NDNC preferences for promotional communications. Transactional/service-essential messages may continue as permitted.
7) Your Choices & Rights
Subject to law, you may request:
Access/Confirmation of processing;
Correction/Update of inaccurate data;
Erasure (where no longer required or consent withdrawn and no overriding legal basis);
Grievance redressal via support@aisplanet.com;
Withdrawal of consent for marketing at any time;
Nomination (DPDP) for exercising rights in case of death/incapacity.
We respond within applicable statutory timelines.
8) Sharing & Processors
We may share data with:
RCS ecosystem providers: carriers, OEMs, RCS agents/aggregators;
Vendors: cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, security;
Authorities: as required by law.
All processors act under contracts requiring data protection and confidentiality. We do not sell personal data.
9) International Transfers
If data is transferred or stored outside India, we use reasonable safeguards permitted by law (contractual and technical measures).
10) Retention
We retain personal data for 24 months or as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes. After retention, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
11) Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, logging, data minimization). No method is completely secure; residual risk remains.
12) Children
The Service is not intended for persons under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us for deletion.
13) Payment Links & Fraud Safety
Always verify the payee name Automation Cloud Solutions Private Limited before paying. We never request UPI PINs, CVV, or passwords over RCS. Report suspicious messages to support@aisplanet.com

14) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. We will revise the Effective Date and may notify you via RCS or our website/app where appropriate.
