Based at Mangalore in Dakshina Kannada of Karnataka, we began our operations in the year 1999 with humble beginnings as ‘Atheeth Info Tech’ by launching ‘Co-Bank’, an initiative of automating the co-operative banking sector, one of the most untouched business sectors as a joint venture of IT enthusiasts, Mr Lokesh Naikap and Mr Jagadeesh Rama, the torch bearers of the company. Later, we started a new partnership firm; ‘Automation Info Solutions’ in the year 2003 only to prosper as a fully fledged private limited company in the year 2019 as ‘Automation Cloud Solutions Pvt. Ltd’ with an equal share capital to upgrade to the Cloud Era with Cloud Solutions.

The Blossoming: An Insight
Every flower blooms at its time and this has been evident in our case as well. This growth, which we are immensely proud of, is definitely a proof of the enterprising efforts of the company that has been able to address the demands at the grass roots level in the co-operative sector quite assertively. Moreover, our company has been at the forefront as a solution provider in the manufacturing sector, education and e-commerce markets around the world with its varied reach. As a matter of fact, it is quite heartening to say that the efforts of our company have finally received global recognition with an ISO 27001:2013 certification as a reputed firm to carry out our operations in design and development of software for banking and service industries, recently. Hence, we believe we are blossoming at the right time.

The tagline of the company is ‘Realizing Ideas’ and that is what we have done since inception. With a bunch of enthusiastic team of professionals, we have come a long way from having a small customer base to a large one, with our operations now cutting across states; namely Karnataka and Kerala for the time being. We have our presence in 28 districts in Karnataka and 1 in Kerala, standing strong to cater to the needs of the co-operative sector through our cloud based banking solutions. Notwithstanding to the above domain, we have other service wings, which focus on Cloud Backup Solutions, Website Design and Development, E- Commerce Solutions, Core Banking solutions for small and growing co-operative societies, Credit Unions, Microfinance Institutions, Mobile Apps to Co-operative Members, Collection App to Co-operative Agents, Islamic Banking and Mobile Applications.

We have carried out around 200+ installations of our software across the places and are really proud to claim that we have more than 5500 users till date. Other than this, we take it to our credit to have replaced the other vendor management software with ours at more than 500 locations, which in fact is a proof of our credibility. Our product is also in use in Primary Agricultural Co-operative Societies, Taluk Agricultural Produce Marketing Co-operative Societies, Large Sized Adivasi Multi Purpose Society, Financial firms, Islamic Co-operative societies, Co-operative unions, Souharda co-operative societies, Credit Co-operative Societies etc, which proves the reach we have been able to establish. This very faith over us makes us truly dedicate ourselves to serve everyone with a commitment that doesn’t know half measures, certainly.
All the above credentials have, in turn boosted employment opportunities for the rural youth, who otherwise usually resort to a bigger hub for their employment.
